Day 1: This morning we depart on Mas Wings flight MH3630 ETD 0920hrs  ex Miri and MH3255 ETD 1550hrs  ex Kota Kinabalu (BKI) to Mulu National Park.  We then meet the guide and transfer to Benarat Inn for check in. After lunch we proceed by van to Park HQ. Take the plank walk to visit DEER CAVE, one of the biggest cave passages in the world. Close to Deer Cave is LANG’S CAVE, small but beautifully decorated. In the evening we will wait at the entrance to Deer Cave, where thousands of bats emerge most evenings to hunt for insects over the forest. We then return late in the afternoon to Park HQ and transfer to your accommodation for dinner and overnight. (Lunch, Dinner)

Please note ex Kota Kinabalu , we proceed straight from Mulu airport to visit Deer Cave and Lang’s Cave .

Day 2: After breakfast, we depart by longboat at 0830hrs to the source of the Clearwater River. We first stop at Batu Bungan Penan Settlement for a short excursion of the settlement. You will see hand-made handicraft like baskets, bangles and mats by the Penan tribe. From there, we go by boat to visit WINDS OF THE CAVE with unusual calcite formations, including the tall, slender stalagmites in King’s Room. Just a few hundred meters upriver lies CLEARWATER CAVE where you have to climb 200 steps to the cave’s main entrance; visit the Lady’s Cave and the underground river. The pool at Clearwater Spring is a nice place to swim and picnic. After lunch, we go by boat to Benarat Lodge. Free leisure for rest of the day. (Breakfast, Lunch,)

Day 3: Either you fly back in the morning flight or option to do the Canopy walk. At 10:00am, we take the Mulu Canopy Skywalk. The Mulu Canopy is the longest tree-based walkway in the world. As you walk among the ferns and vine 15-25 metres above the forest floor and river, you will enjoy the unique opportunity to get closer to the rainforest ‘Web of life’. The walk takes about 2 hours. We then return to Benarat Lodge for lunch before heading to Mulu airport for your flight on MH3254 ETD 1540hrs home.

Canopy walk is optional at the cost of USD16 per person. Other activities like Night cruise Safari to see nocturnal animal at USD29 per person can be done any night.
